REFORM LAW (SB200/HB194) HIGHLIGHTSGovernor Bill Haslam signed into law the Workers’ Compensation Reform Bill (SB200/HB194) on April 29, 2013. This law represents the most sweeping reforms of Tennessee’s workers’ compensation system in many years.
