Mr. O'Brien is an associate in the Memphis office whose practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation and workers' compensation. While in law school at the University of Arkansas, Mr. O'Brien served as the Research Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. His article on the regulatory certification process of power plants in Arkansas was published in the first issue of the 2010-2011 Arkansas Law Review. Mr. O'Brien is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas.
