Obtained Summary Judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf of an insurer alleging arson of a residence by the insured.
Obtained Dismissal of a government entity involved in a 42 U.S.C. 1983 action concerning expulsion of athletic team members.
Obtained a defense verdict for a trucking company related to a motor vehicle accident.

Mr. Exum has also presented on the following topics regarding the "Use of Social Media in Litigation" and "Premises Liability". He will be presenting on "Advanced Uninsured/ Underinsured Motorist Law" topic this summer for the National Business Institute.
