Shawn Cardwell began practicing law in 2006 following a 20 year career in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Cardwell has been practicing in the Memphis area since 2010 and has represented individuals, businesses and large financial and banking institutions in matters of complex civil litigation and creditor rights, liability defense cases, landlord tenant disputes, real property disputes, workers’ compensation claims, and appellate work. Prior to 2010, Mr. Cardwell was an associate attorney for a firm in Anchorage, Alaska with a focus on civil liability defense cases.
Mr. Cardwell graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in History, and graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006 with a Juris Doctor degree.
