Mr. Holloway is an associate in our Knoxville office. Originally from Blount County, Tennessee, Mr. Holloway moved to South Carolina in 1999 and returned to the Knoxville area in 2014 to practice law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Holloway was a construction superintendent for a national home builder where he was responsible for overseeing the construction of single family and multi-family homes in the Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet area. His concentration in law school was alternative dispute resolution, family law, and construction law. Additionally, he was a law clerk for a prominent family lawyer in the Charleston area and successfully completed a family court judicial observation program.
Mr. Holloway focuses his practice in the areas of divorce, child custody and child support, insurance defense litigation involving automobile and trucking accidents, general liability defense, workers’ compensation, and construction law. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Blount County Bar Association, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and DRI. Mr. Holloway is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.
Represents clients in the Knoxville metropolitan area and surrounding counties in cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, and orders of protection.
Extensive motion practice in Tennessee Circuit Courts.
