Reid D. Leitner is a senior partner in the firm’s Nashville office.  His practice includes medical malpractice defense, professional liability defense, insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and construction defect litigation.  Mr. Leitner also represents privately held and family owned businesses.

Mr. Leitner represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the State of Tennessee.  Mr. Leitner also has represented German businesses in the United States.  His wife is licensed as an attorney in Germany.  Mr. Leitner is proficient in German.
