Tom Cassidy is a participating managing member of the firm's Memphis office who practices in the areas of general civil defense, employment, insurance law and professional liability.    

Mr. Cassidy represents individuals, corporations, employers and insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters in both pre-litigation through trial.  His coverage practice involves defense of administrative and employment law, alternative dispute resolution, employer director and officer liability, appellate advocacy, federal and government tort and public liability, insurance/self-insurance regulation and litigation, labor and employment related law, general liability defense, litigation management, premises and products liability, personal injury, professional liability, workers’ compensation litigation including claims management/practice before administrative entities including Department of Labor Commission and labor litigation.

During his more than 20 years practicing civil defense including complex federal and state mattes providing legal services and advice to privately held and family owned businesses throughout the states of Tennessee and Mississippi.
